Okay, i think i shall repost and make everything clear.
First, im gonna reply the tags..
Ethel:I dont think everyone should pay the same because it's very unfair to those who are not staying over but ask them to pay for the room also. It's not that expensive what.. if you think that it's ex then i pay for it la.. Okay, bread.. do you think everyone who is staying over will agree to eat bread? For lunch, it's either everyone goes to the fc together or someone go there to buy for everybody. And what's with the rob? If you dont wanna cater then how you wanna get the food? if we cater the one in the country club it will be more ex right? and not like we're gonna ask you to pay everything..
Delane: Hahaha. i think 40 will be enough(:

People who are staying over: Bring money for your own expenses(breakfast on second and third morning, lunch on second day, www/escape, whatever..) + money for chalet($10)+ money for BBQ($5)
People who are going for BBQ only: Bring $5+ own expenses
